Data Backup DAT File

Hi, I lost all of my data on my mobile device but was later able to locate it in the CyberTracker Backup files. However, I am having trouble converting the DAT file to an excel file. When I try to open the DAT file in CyberTracker, it does not appear. I have tried converting it through tutorials online. I am having no luck.

Do you have the TXT file that is alongside the DAT file? If you have both of those and you sent it to me, I can create a CTX for you.

Cheers,
-Justin

Hi Justin!

Here is the text file. I also attached the DAT file and the XML file. Thank you so much for your help!

Best,
Kristen

Hi Justin,

I got an error message email that my attachments did not send on the last email. They got rejected by the server. Since I had sent a DAT file originally on an email directly to Info@cybertrakcer.com.

I also reattached the Text file to this email just in case

Hi Kristen,

Could you please put the files on a web drive and send a link to justin@steventon.com?

The forum tends to remove files…

Cheers,

Hi Justin,

I am sorry to ask. I have tried to figure out the answer for myself using google. But I have no idea what a web drive is. I do know how to use Google Drive if that is a type of web drive.

Got this figured out…

Hello Justin, I have exactly the same problem. When downloading the data from my Android, they didn’t load into the database, and they aren’t in the orphans folder on the computer either. However, I did find these three files in the backup folder on the Android.

How can I recover the ctx file??

Thanks

Jesus

Thanks Justin, I managed to do it on my own by following some messages from the forum. Regards.
