White \ blank photos

Hi guys,

Some newer android devices have photos taken through CT appear totally white.
Anyone came across this issue?

It would be nice to have some more infos about “newer android” (which android version and device type) and which version of CT. May be this is every time helpful to find the problem. Thanks for help.

Hi,
Ct 3.515 with samsung galaxy s20 with android 11.
From client log it looks like there is an error on AndroidBitmap_getInfo()

We tried moving to the store version, but it crashes on unexplained scenarios, and i couldn’t find the log there, if it exists.
