Unable to get all data columns to show up in query editor

Hi Everyone,

I’m just getting back into using cybertracker after some time away and am having a slight issue with my data. When I open a CTX file to view my data and convert it into excel, there are missing columns of data. I was having this problem previously and just had to manually add all the columns with edit view. This time when I go to edit view, my application isn’t showing up so I’m not able to add in the columns from my screens. I hope this all makes sense and that someone is able to help me with this issue.

you can only export the data which are seen in report (Query). You should 1st edit your table and add all colums you need. Than you should see your data in table. After this process is ok, you can export.
