the distance of goto has not decimal

I am looking to go to a point but the distance of the goto has no precision to arrive in 0.
How can i configure that the arrive get 2 decimals before get 0m.

The value is in 1m. Please think about the accuracy of (non terrestrical supported) GPS. The precision of GPS is much higher than in the time CyberTracker was developed first. But is it realistic to expect a value below 1 m? I guess in most of the cases the failure is much higher than 1 m. But may be I’m wrong.
