Rounding of GPS coordinates produces inaccuracy

Device application sends inaccurate GPS coordinates because of rounding. Rounding after 4 decimals produces an error of 4 to 5 meters. It comes in addition to the inaccuracy of GPS signal by itself. This is in good case also in the range of 4 meters. In sum the error is around 9 to 10 meters. This must not be. Please change the rounding to 6 decimals - if possible. Than the additional effect is gone.

I’ve checked it with coordinates from classic with more than 6 decimals (for example in Nepal, Greenland, Germany) and make the rounding. Than I’ve calculated the distance, e.g. here Rechnen mit Geo-Koordinaten - for small distance a triangle calculation is good enough.

If I’m wrong please help me to understand.
