Hi,

The other day someone in the field uploaded data from the CyberTracker app to our FTP server using the Send Data option. The files were accidentally deleted from the FTP server before they could be downloaded / imported into the CyberTracker database.

The sightings can still be seen in the app on the device, is it possible to resend them?

If the sightings are available on the device (“Option-> All sighting”) I recommend you to download the data via USB directly to the PC.
