Recover Data

Hello,

I was downloading data from a mobile device and something went wrong. There is a CTT file in the Staging Data folder with today’s date on it but it is just wingdings. I had selected the “Use SD card backup” and was hoping to recover the data but I don’t have a CTX file on the SD card. Is it possible to recover the data from the files I do have (DAT, XML, text)??

Any help would be great.

Hi Sharna,

You can rename the file from ctt to ctx and you should be able to import that.
