Problems with opening data on desktop

Already sent to Justin, but I wanted to share on the group as well, in case is helpful.

After I sent the data from our tablet, I downloaded it to the desktop through “Download data from web”. Although, the data is not showing up on the desktop. Attached is our project in .ctx. Can you help me please?

Hi folks,

I already recovered Rita’s data. If you manually modify the username value in the Transfer → Upload settings, then when you republish it will create another queue and you will no longer be able to download your old files.
