Problem text editor Cybertracker Play Store

Hello,

We have been successfully using cybertracker since 2016 to collect data for forest fire surveillance patrols.

We intend to update the version we use (3.443) with the current cybertracker play store version (1.0.347), but we are facing a problem.

When entering text (text editor), accented characters (é, è, à, …) are not recognized (see attached image).

The problem remains the same both on Android 5.1.1 and 9 (AZERTY keyboard, French language).

Have you ever encountered this problem and is there a way to fix it?

Thank in advance

Best regard

Hi Jean-Luc,

Thanks for the report. I have created a fix and pushed it to the Google Play store. It should show up by tomorrow. This is build 1.0.350.

Cheers,

Hi Justin,

Thanks so much for the fix, everything is working fine.

I take this opportunity to thank you for the development of cybertracker. Your app is used by more than 600 fire prevention foresters in southern France. It allows us to collect and use data very easily.

Cheers,

Nice, thanks Jean-Luc!
