Hi! I’m using the desktop version of CyberTracker, together with the app on Android. I have a project with a bunch of apps that were working fine until a few days ago. Now when I try to send the data I get this error message: “Press to reset: failed to package sighting”. When trying to send the data through USB connection, it prompts me to install the app from the app store (so I guess it’s not being detected on the phone). Does anyone knows how to either fix this, or at least transfer the data? I have the bug report (just not sure where to find and how to handle the data from there).
