Opening existing project on desktop using CyberTracker Online

Hi - We are new to the CyberTracker app. A former colleague created a project for us and made me an “admin” user before she left our organization. I have no issues using the app to collect data on my phone. What I can’t figure out is how to open the project on my desktop through CyberTracker Online to view data, export/import, change members and settings, etc. Can you please point me to some instructions? Does the app need to be installed on my computer to use CyberTracker Online? I was assuming no. Thank you!

If you are an admin user you should have a password (unless you are still using the Quick Access, in which case you do not need a password). Go to the www.cybertracker.org website and select “Login” and enter your email (and password if needed). Once you have logged in, select “View Data”

Sometimes syncing projects between online and desktop apps can be tricky, especially when folder paths or cloud permissions don’t align. I faced a similar sync delay recently while managing my current setup on this platform, so I understand how small configuration gaps can cause confusion. Have you tried checking if your project’s cache or cloud path conflicts with an existing offline file?
