Hace ya 15 días que no he podido descargar la información que está en el hosting, venía funcionando muy bien, ya revisé y los datos están en la cuenta FTP, pero al intentar descargarla no sucede nada, como si no hubieran datos. Lo he tenido que hacer manualmente y organizar cada dato. El hosting que utilizo es Free Hostia. Muchas gracias por cualquier ayuda.

Question: How you are “trying to download”? And what are your next steps? For instance: I would download ctx-files from FTP-Server into new “Import”-Folder on my PC. Than I use “import data” function in CyberTracker.
