My files are showing up as JSON instead of CTX

So under database properties, i forgot to change the protocol from JSON to CTX, now I only have a CTS and JSON file from my exports. I have rectified the issue on the database but I am wondering if there is a way to access the data from the JSON / CTX files?

For CTX files you can just import them from the CyberTracker Desktop app using File->Import data. You can also double click on the file in Windows Explorer and you will get a new instance of CyberTracker with that file open.

If all you have are the JSON files, then there is no built-in way to import them. If the data is critical, then it could be reconstructed by hand.

The CTS file is the application itself, so it does not contain any data.

Do you need help decoding the JSON files? If so, @HolgerR may be able to help.
