Hello, I repost this question I had a few weeks ago to see if I get an answer now:
Ususally on Cybertracker (online) after you selected multiple options on the Multiple Select List, when exporting the data all the Options were on the same column: “Option 1” “Option 2” … But now it appears on different columns with “Yes” when selected. (View pic ORIGINAL VS NEW with Observers for example)
Is it possible to download it as before? Or is it something that will be changed back soon?
Apologies for the confusion. We had two different requests from different users - one requested that we export multiselect as a single column, the other that we export it as multiple columns. We developed a solution that allows you to chose which option you prefer. Initially we tried “Yes” for multiple columns, but decided that “1” will make it easier to analyze data. Export as single column gives different values separated by a semi-colon “;” not comma separated values “,” since this may result in other complications with the standard CSV comma separated values to separate different fields.
