Multiple photos

Hi Everyone

I have successfully used the Export View → Csv function to export images to the Export Media Folder. I am wondering though, it only appears to copy the first photo and not multiples - is there a way to export these additional photos? I can confirm multiple different images are stored when i view them in the query - but all appear as “photo” - is this my fault for only have a single “Photo” element perhaps? Not Photo 1, Photo 2?

Hi Jen,

Normally you should have specified unique Elements for each photo. You can fix this retroactively by changing the Elements. Here are the steps:

1. View->Elements
2. Create a new Category
3. Create Elements for each photo you have, e.g. Photo 1, Photo 2, Photo 3, etc.
4. View->Reports
5. Edit->Bulk Edit Sightings and go to the “Replace Element” tab
6. Set the “Find Element” to Photo
7. Set the “Replace with Element” to the new Element you created in (3)
8. Set the “Element occurrence” to the Photo Element you want to replace
9. Click “Apply” to run the replacement
