Hello,
I recently updated a project and transferred it to the mobile app via USB but when I try to open the app it doesnt load and says “cybertracker has stopped running” followed by “cybertracker keeps stopping”. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and deleting any related folders with no luck. My tablet is running Android 7. Did it finally age out? Is there any way to keep using the app?? Everything worked fine just a ciuple of days ago so I’m at a loss.

Hi Sharna,
Something slipped through our testing as we upgraded some of the components.
I am hoping to fix this, but in the meantime, it is probably worth locking at build 516. So uninstall CyberTracker from the device and then manually install the APK from here.

Hi! I do face a similar issue currently with my BlackView devices (Android 10 & 12), so I don’t think you aged out Sharna Thanks Justin for the advice on going back to version 516 instead of 524, it seems to be working so far on my side
I have a fix in the store pipeline which should work for both issues. Hopefully things will be working again by tomorrow morning.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. I can use almost all my projects normally, except for the one that involves taking pictures. As soon as I click on it, CyberTracker crashes, making it impossible for me to collect data using this feature, while it was perfectly working before.

I have updated with the last version but it is still not working.
