Mobile App integrated with EarthRanger crashing (iPhone)

I’ve been experiencing crashes within a minute of opening the mobile app on an iPhone for the past few weeks, which has disrupted data collection, syncing and prevented access to data for analysis and reporting. Before a month ago, it was working without any issues - hoping for any advice on how to fix this and avoid further delays, thank you :slight_smile:

Could you please send me a bug report from the crashing device?

This is an option at the bottom of the main settings page.

I found the bug report option, but the app won’t stay open long enough to complete it.
