Hello, I have been using Cybertracker consecutively for the last nine months. All of a sudden, it stopped recording the location. When submitting a survey, it states skip GPS. I have made sure that the battery saver is off.The app has all permissions granted to use my location. I have reinstalled the app and reinstalled my projects. I am at a loss of why it’s not recording location. I was using that app Tuesday and Wednesday all of a sudden it stopped working. It is always not working on a iPhone, whike my phone is an Android. When I go to the location map page it shows the track is on and shows me the location I am at.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have updated the app to version 604, updated my phone entirely, actually. It is still showing the same error- skip GPS and now I can not even upload my surveys. I am not sure what to do. I also have clear visibility of the sky.

I have a group of four devices who have all been updated to the 604 version of the app and all of them are having the issue of not recording the GPS location. All saying Skip GPS when we submit the survey. I have one device that is the 581 version of the app and it is still working and recording the location.

We have 4 applications that are not working. Here are two as that is what I am limited too.
I’d like to note that when you open the map tool in the app you can see to location, so the map is working. It is just not saving the coordinates.
