How do I import a database?

Dear all,

I’ve exported a database hosted on MS SQL Server to a ctx-file and want to import it into another MS SQL database. The ctx-file contains all data, reports, elements, and the application. But “Import data” just imports the data (Sightings2, Media2). Application, reports, and elements are not imported (Settings2 stays empty). Is this the correct behaviour or is this a bug? How can a I import the whole database?

Hi Michael,

Does the “Merge” tool under File->Database Properties->Advanced tab work for you?
