Good morning, for a few weeks the records have been sent to the server but I cannot download them to my computer, I have to download them one by one and then import them.
I understand that it is not a problem with the FTP account because otherwise they would not be received on the server.
Since yesterday I also have problems sending the logs from the app, I get the message “failed to send”. I have good coverage for sending and the FTP server path has not changed.
