Error transferring data from mobile to server. HTTP/2 protocol error

Hello, I have a recent issue today using cybertracker where the data is not transferring from the mobile app to the online server. It is saying it is unauthorised and there is an error transferring. I can see the data in the upload queue where it is saying error.

I seem to can’t access cyber tracker online, maybe the server down?

The issue has been resolved. We ran out of space on our server, which shows that the growth of the total number of observations has been more than we expected.

We will increase capacity on azure. But we will need users to start making payments as soon as we implement our payment system, since we will need users to support us to sustain CyberTracker Online (at present I am covering the costs at my own expense).
