Buen día,
Por favor me colaboran ya que hace varios años uso cybertracker recopilando informacion, pero el dia 23/02/2026, se cargaron 08 Paquetes de registros, pero solo se descarga una parte del primer paquete, porque al descargar genera error y no permite seguir con la descarga de archivos. A la fecha ya tengo acumulados 12 Paquetes de registros que no he podido descargar al PC, si alguien me puede orientar o destrabar el registro que genera el problema, ya que es de suma importancia este formato para la captura de información en mi actividad.
