Error al descargar datos online

Buen dia,

Por favor me colaboran ya que hace varios años uso cybertracker creando encuestas para levantar información sobre la amazonia colombiana, pero el día 10Dic2025, se cargaron 28 encuestas, pero solo descargaron 10, porque al descargar genera error y quedan 18 pendientes aproximadamente, si alguien me puede orientar o destrabar el registro que genera el problema, o el envío del archivo o paquete que contiene las encuestas pendientes.
Si se necesita envió el usuario del formulario.

Good day,

I need your help. I've been using Cybertracker for several years to create surveys to gather information about the Colombian Amazon, but on December 10, 2025, 28 surveys were uploaded, but only 10 were downloaded. The download process generates an error, leaving approximately 18 pending. If anyone can guide me or resolve the registration issue causing the problem, or send the file or package containing the pending surveys, I would be very grateful.

If needed, I can provide the form's username.
