Database connection error

Hi
When I try to open my database it now says “l do not have necessary permission to use it, the person who created this should give appropriate permision”. I would like know how can solve this. I tried the deleting of cybertracker and reinstalling it on my desktop and it now even worse the cybertracker does not open.

Can you provide a bit more information about where you are actually getting this error. Possibly a screen shot or step by step to reproduce.

The messages appears when I try and open the database at first and I update the cybertracker and now it appears when I open the application

Dear CyberTracker Support Team,

I am following up on my previous request regarding an issue with my desktop version of CyberTracker. The program has not been opening on three different computers, and I have been receiving an error message stating that “setting2 needs permission from the developers.” This issue started in early December.

I previously sent a short video showing the issue, and I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide in resolving this.
