Data not uploading after transfer to new phone

I just got a new android phone and used Samsung’s prompted ‘smart transfer’ feature to install all apps onto my new device. I think this was a mistake because, although it did install CyberTracker, import all of my data, and replicate all of my settings, my uploads are now all queued with an ‘unauthorized’ message displayed next to the first sighting in the upload queue.

The error might be originating from the fact that I had a few data points that had not yet uploaded from my old phone at the time that I installed CyberTracker and imported the data points onto my new phone.

Suggestions for how to resolve this as cleanly as possible? I can see all of my new data points saved on my new phone, though greyed out as they await upload, and they are all sitting in the upload queue.

Thank you!

Hi, Did you get your issue resolved? I have the same issue on my new Samsung s25FE.

No, I haven’t received any guidance or figured it out myself yet. But I think the source of my problem is a data point that was still in the upload queue in my old phone that also got transferred/copied over to the new.

I’m a little nervous to try this, but I am going to try exporting all of my data (including everything recently logged on my new phone and stuck in the upload queue), wiping my new phone clean and starting fresh with CyberTracker app, then importing the data from the backup file without that duplicate point that is causing the error.

Let me know if you find another solution!
