Data lost when downloading from cyber mobile from web

Good morning,

We’ve been working some days with a new classic survey, and today when downloading all the data, just one part of it passed from the mobile through the computer. We are hoping all the data it’s stored in a server or somewhere, but we dont know where. Is it any place where we can find the server with the data of the uploaded survey. The publishment itself is associated my mail. Any information will be totally helpfull.

If you send me (justin@steventon.com) a bug report from the device in question, then I can take a look. You might need to put it on Google Drive and send me a link if the file is large.

Looking at the server, I see three apps, each with two data files which are marked as downloaded. Could you please see if you can find the data in your Documents\CyberTracker\System\Backup folder?
