Data encryption

Hai Justin,

I would like to ask, is the data that have been recorded/collected through our developed app from Cybertracker are saved in cloud or local storage? Can you clarify on the data encryption.

Hi there,

It is different for Classic and Online.

For Classic, the data is always stored in the desktop app. If you are using the Publish feature, then the data can spend some time in transit in the cloud until it is downloaded.

Network traffic is sent over https.

The data is not encrypted.
