data downloaded as .CTT file

Hello All,

We have installed the CT app on Samsung Galaxy phones in order to collect long term research data on wild animals and it has worked wonderfully for years. However, we recently experienced an issue where data from one of these phones was downloaded as an unreadable .CTT file. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have advice on how to fix it? Many thanks in advance!

Hi Kathrine,

You can rename the .CTT file to .CTX and it should work.
