Hi All,

Does anyone know the minimum Android version the Play Store version or CT requires to run?

The lowest supported version is 5.1.

Hi Justin,

We are trying to load the Play Store version of CyberTracker onto Samsung phones running Android 5.1.1.

It appears to load OK but as soon as the CT button is tapped on the phone the message “Unfortunately Cybertracker has stopped.”

Is returned.

Do you have any suggestions?
