All observations recorded incorrectly at the same X and Y

Dear Group
On Friday i done some fieldwork, and when downloading the CSV this morning, all 34 recordings’ X and Y are recorded at a point where the ‘cursor is stuck on the map’ and not where i actually recorded it. The data recorded looks correct.
Can someone please assist with this?

I cleared the cache (Apps, CyberTracker, Storage, Clear cache), and the ‘static GPS point’ ‘went live’. The gps indicator now appears in the correct place.

The recorded points did not magically appear in their correct position, unfortunately.

Hi Johan,

This seems to be something that happens if the background service which is logging the location is stopped for some reason.

The latest version is build 516 and we believe this issue is now sorted. Could you please try it out?

Unfortunately, the locations of your data are lost.
