Me and my team are working with Cybertracker (classic, not online).
One of my colleagues is struggling to recover his datas.
He has an Android and did all the updates on CT available. He uses to send datas by roaming, not usb.
- his last sendings from april and may are shown sent but he can’t download them on his computer. He of course tried multiple time this spring to dl them.
- he also did a lot of datas since then but there are traces of them in the queue, neither in the folders when explored with USB connection. And the download tool on pc says that there are no datas to dl.
Could someone help please ?
