Issues sending data when a big number of records is collected

We have using CyberTracker for a long time in several projects, allowing a easy data collection. We use a FTP(CTX) protocol to send data from portable devices (smartphones/tablets) using the Android based App. Data is sent to our server and then downloaded to CyberTracker desktop. It has working fine for several years. But after the lastest CyberTracker updates, we are facing some issues when a big number of records is recorded:

  1. the App took ~10 minutes to show the sending data pannel. After pressing sending, the App looks frozen.

  2. When trying to check the list of observations, it took also >10min. We use it in case some correction of a record is needed to do.
