Download Collect as tag from mobile device into database as an identifier

Hello Cybertracker Support team,

how can i visualize the Collect As Tag that was defined under Settings on each mobile device, in my database records?

I have moved already …

Reports → Choose Query → Edit View → Add → System → User (this is last point) → OK

Hi Holger,

I tried this and the field remains empty, although in all mobile devices, I have defined individual Collect asnames. But following the sequence: Reports → Choose Query → Edit View → Add → System → User (this is last point) → OK, neither changing ´output as` to value, name, alias or tag1 makes the ´Collect as´ name appear here.

I am able to download the DeviceID -which is an encrypted-not so user-friendly code and which I havent yet mapped against the Collect as names (but may do, if the above doesnt work).

Any idea, where the problem is?

sorry I forgot the changings from the past:

You need to Add in addition the “Add User Name” control (may be to the start screen):
