Data to be retrieved after Desktop Cybertracker Classic software crashed

Hi,

I have a project which is published and I submitted data from the mobile app. When I tried to download the data via the desktop software it seems the software crashed and when I reopen I cannot find those data anywhere. On the phone app when I check the upload queue, there is no track of the upload. I tried to collect some data with the same app and everything seems to work well and I could download the data via web on the same mdb. Any help if I can retrieve those data?

I don t see them in orphans or backup.

If the desktop app crashed, then most likely the data is still on the server.

Please upgrade to the latest desktop version and try the download again: Download | CyberTracker Wiki

I have saved a bug report from the app on the phone but not sure if it helps

I have also just seen that the app automatically updated on the phone today. Maybe during the upload of data could that have created an issue?

No, you won’t lose any data with an update.
