Save (in text) or Send (in headline)? Which versions you have?
I had the same problem with save before → Maybe this can help? Update to 1.0.524 and Crash on saving coordinates - #8 by justinsteventon I was successfully with reset (State and data) and totally new installation of CyberTracker on the device.
